Fortem are delighted to announce the allocation of their place on the Greener Futures Partnership Framework.

Utilising their knowledge and experience within the sector, Fortem will help clients develop a decarbonisation plan via their ‘Net Zero Now’ solution. Fortem’s work will also support its clients to help deliver on the government’s binding 2030 and 2050 carbon targets. This placement also falls alongside the introduction of Fortem’s very own sustainability strategy that is beginning to be implemented across various sections of the business.

Greener Futures Partnership was set up by the five of the largest housing associations across the UK representing nine per cent of the social housing market, with an aim to ensure that properties achieve an EPC rating of at least C, by 2035.

Geoff Parkinson, Director of Procurement at Fortem said: “We’re delighted to have been awarded a place on this framework by Greener Futures Partnership, demonstrating our growing reputation for the delivery of decarbonisation works across the social housing sector. Working with Social Landlords since 2002, we have a deep understanding of the decarbonisation challenges our sector faces. Our ‘Net Zero Now’ solution has been created to scale up our capacity and capability to help clients deliver on their pressing carbon targets.”
