Delivery Team
From feasibility to handover, our Delivery Team transition projects seamlessly through budgeting, programming and setting up to safe and quality assurance in delivery to handover.
Technical Team
Our dedicated team of expert Design and Compliance Managers, follow the project design process from concept to completion, ensuring full compliance with standards. Our team are well versed in the submission of BSA Gateway 1, 2 and 3 applications to the Building Safety Regulator and collation of the Golden Thread information and Building Safety Case.
Design Team
Competent and proven design partners support us to deliver the duties of Principal Designer role under both CDM and BSA 2022 and comprehensive façade engineering, assessment, and surveying.
Customer Team
As specialists working exclusively for Social Landlords, we understand the challenges of delivering complex works in occupied high-rise buildings. One of the most impressive things that we have achieved to date, is the creation of a truly integrated IT system with Fortem. This has removed all administration from the process, meaning everything can be managed from site.
