Our team manage repairs and maintenance for residents living in nearly 7,000 PA Housing homes across Elmbridge and Richmond. We have a five year contract with PA Housing and share the same offices at Walton on Thames - to ensure close cooperation and an excellent working relationship.
Key Successes
- People are essential to our success. We have developed a number of people in the branch including a quantity surveyor who originally joined as a temporary administrator and progressed through the management training programme to gain her degree. Numerous other members of staff have progressed from engineers and other roles through to management positions.
- Our local team supports a number of national and local charities which include; Macmillan Coffee Morning, British Heart Foundation Red Day, Walton Charities – allotment project, Dekamile Trainee Challenge Walk, FareShare Depot delivery.

Our range of services include repairs, voids and planned works, with our team of 40+ engineers carrying out over 22,000 repairs each year. We also work on about 550 void homes each year to make them ready for the next tenant..
