All our retrofit programmes are supported by TPAS trained, Customer Liaison Officers who engage daily with residents.

We implement multichannel engagement plans that include open days, newsletters, a resident web portal, and tailored communication for vulnerable residents. But our work doesn’t stop once we have installed the measures – we have a focussed aftercare package to ensure residents understand all new technologies and feel safe and warm in their new homes.
