We began our journey as a small team of like-minded people, using our values as a basis for our business. Since then, having rebranded from Willmott Dixon Support Services to Fortem, we provide property solutions nationwide and continue to embed in our business those values that kick-started our journey.

Our ever-growing teams are formed of professionals who live by the values and behaviours that are at the heart of Fortem. We owe our previous success to our people, and believe the culture at Fortem will drive our success for many years to come, growing our trusted brand and allowing us to continue to provide our award-winning service.

Sheffield
Jordan Philips, Management Trainee
Whilst surveying a communal area on the Sheffield contract Jordan came across a property which had structural damage which caused the flooring to crack. Thanks to Asbestos Awareness training he had been on he was able to identify that the asbestos floor tiles were lifting and cracking causing loose pieces of tiles to be scattered across the floor. Immediately Jordan got out of the property and contacted Sheffield city council to report the issue and from this they were able to get someone out to remove the danger to the tenants.
Orbit
Cyril Goulding, Apprentice Plumber
Cyril witnessed a mobile phone theft; he intercepted the individual who had taken the phone and detained him until the police arrived on the scene and arrested the thief. He has since received an LPU Good Citizens award for his actions and was highly commended by the police and the victim for his swift action. Cyril did not make his actions known to others and it was only by chance his supervisor found out about the incident.
