Our services to Social Landlords are divided into three distinct workstreams.
Our Retrofit services provide PAS2035 / PAS2030 compliant design, installation and funding to a wide variety of energy efficiency measures including EWI, Solar PV/Thermal, ASHP and enabling measures, such as ventilation systems and roof extensions.
We offer an integrated Repairs & Maintenance solution from call handling, 24/7 responsive repairs, voids refurbishments and compliance work including gas servicing, electrical testing and fire safety.
Capital Works are often delivered against specific sector funding for Social Housing Landlords. We provide Capital Elemental Replacement programmes – kitchens, bathrooms, aids and adaptions. We also deliver complex Capital Projects, including high-rise building compliance.
We prioritise meaningful partnering relationships; a long-term approach is woven into our DNA.
Our existing Branch structure and Willmott Dixon offices means we can provide you with an immediate presence in your Region and Nationwide.

One of the most impressive things that we have achieved to date, is the creation of a truly integrated IT system with Fortem. This has removed all administration from the process, meaning everything can be managed from site.

The communication from commercial, contracts to site level from start to finish of any operation is key to delivering a project on time and to budget, something that is in abundance within the Fortem team.
From challenges in design to challenges with site construction to challenges with data and certification their professional “can do” approach has meant that all hurdles have been overcome.
